| Dec, 13 | Bake sale | The Friends of the Willington Library will hold a holiday bake sale in the Reading Room from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Homemade cookies,cakes and candy will be available for purchase as well as some gift items and gently used books. Donations can be brought to the library on Friday from 11-5pm and early Sat. morning.

| Dec, 13 | Basket making | The Connecticut State Museum of Natural History on the University of Connecticut campus in Storrs sponsors a program about basket making from noon to 4 p.m. Presented by Sue Broneill and Cheri Collins, museum staff. | Dec, 13 | Victorian Christmas Open House | The Willimantic Victorian Neighborhood Association will host a Victorian Yuletide Open House on December 13th and 14th from 12:00 to 4:00 at the Colonel Dwight J. Chaffe House on 183 Summit Street in Willimantic. The Victorian Parlors will be open to the public and will feature traditional holiday decorations, refreshments, and traditions from the Victorian era. Admission is $7.00.
