| Jan, 10 | Open house | Connecticut residents of all ages are invited to attend an open house and register for winter/spring 2009 arts classes at EASTCONN’s Capitol Theater Arts Academy, located at the Capitol Theater, 896 Main Street, Willimantic. Classes begin on Jan. 12 and end May 30, 2009. CTAA’s registration deadline is Jan. 17, 2009. An open house to tour the Capitol Theater facility and meet CTAA instructors is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students may also register for CTAA classes at the open house. The Market is open until 5:00 p.m. Everything at the Winter Market is Connecticut grown and produced and there are plenty of local products available, including beef, eggs, vegetables, apples, jams, pies, and more. |
