Mar, 23Blood DriveEastford Elementary School will host its second blood drive from 1 to 6 p.m. The fire department and the student council are co-sponsors of the drive that will be held in the gymnasium, which is located at 12 Westford Rd. For an appointment please sign up at the firehouse, sign up at school office, or call the American Red Cross at 1-800-448-3543. Walk-ins will be welcome before 4:30 p.m.. For all donors who present during March there will be a weekly drawing for a Red Cross gift pack.
Mar, 23Visioning Workshop7-9 p.m. Chaplin Senior Center. Workshop is for Chaplin resident's who are interested in the future of their community. It is one in a series of four workshops designed to create a vision for Chaplin as it prepares to update its Plan of Conservation and Development. Homemade refreshments will be served.

Mar, 25Mommy and Me LuncheonWindham Hospital offers a Mommy and Me Luncheon, a social support network for mothers and their infants (age up to 9 months). The group meets twice a month, the 2nd and the 4th Wednesday of the month, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Next meeting is March 25. Cost is $5 per session (financial assistance available).
