Jul, 29Embroidary DemonstrationJulie Carlos will demonstrate tatting, boutis (French embroidery), Normandy lace and twine rugs at the Jonathan Trumbull Jr. House from noon - 4 p.m. She will be joined by her daughter who will demonstrate tatting. Visitors can also try their hand at writing with colonial quill pens with student demonstrators. New England coverlets are also on display.
