The Hebron Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. will be holding its fourth annual Wreath and Poinsettia Sale on the two weekends following Thanksgiving — 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Nov. 27, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 28, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 29. Decorated and undecorated wreaths, Christmas cactus and 4.5- to 8-inch potted plant poinsettias will be for sale. Also antique fire truck T-shirts and reflective 911 address signs will be available. Proceeds will be used to continue the support of Hebron’s Engine 1, a 1937 Ford Sanford. The sale will be held at the Hebron Volunteer Fire Department, 44 Main St., Hebron.

The Fire Truck Holiday Light Parade takes place on Friday at 5:30 p.m., from Memorial Park to Jillson Square in Willimantic. Residents can see local fire trucks decked out with their best holiday lights and enjoy the holiday tree lighting at 6 p.m., at Jillson Square, and visit with Santa following the tree lighting.
