Coventry Human Services holds appointments with low-income residents of Andover, Mansfield, Bolton, Somers, Columbia, Stafford, Coventry, Tolland, Hebron, Vernon and Windham to work with Northeast Utilities to develop a plan to help pay for electricity bills and keep their power on.
