The Scotland Public Library, 21 Brook Road, Scotland, sponsors its Doll Fashion Show and Tea Party Aug. 2 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Girls ages 5 and older may dress up and bring their 18-inch doll for fashions, collecting tips, stories and refreshments.
