The University of Connecticut Creative Writing Program sponsors Long River Reading Series of poetry readings by students, faculty and community members at 7 p.m. in the Stern Room of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences on the UConn campus in Storrs. Open mic followed by selected readings. Free, public welcome. Refreshments.
