A fundraiser for the Windham Free Library will be held from 3 pm till 6 pm featuring a jazz band, creative appetizers, guest chef and silent auction of original works and an open bar in a formal garden setting near 200-yaer old homes on the Windham Center Town Green, circa 1692.
