OFFERING a $1000.00 reward to anyone who has info. that leads to the arrest of the person or persons who vandalized a vehicle at Gates Estates located at 46 Macht Rd., Columbia. The incident happened on Feb. 20th around 8:00pm. 860-228-2886.

Windham Zoning Board of Appeals met on March 4, 2010 at 7 PM at the Windham Town Hall, 979 Main St., Willimantic to consider an application from Alfonso Garcia + Daniel Villar for property located at 134-136 Ives St., Willimantic seeking a Special Exception from separation requirements of Sec. 73.1.1 in order to serve liquor in a café within 500 ft. of a religious institution used for worship services.
