2009-2010
ACTION PLAN FOR HOUSING AND
COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT
A thirty-day public examination and comment period will begin November 21, 2008 and end December 22, 2008. Public Hearings on the draft 2009-2010 annual Action Plan for Housing and Community Development will be held as listed below. The four programs included in the Action Plan are Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (SC/CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).

All state residents are urged to attend and provide oral or written comments on housing and community development needs in Connecticuts communities. This information will be used in the development of the states 2009-2010 Action Plan. Copies of the draft 2009-10 Action Plan and the states five-year Consolidated Plan are available at the Department of Economic & Community Developments web site, www.DECD.org.
