WILLIMANTIC — Bliss Marketplace on North Street is putting a unique spin on the idea of a vintage clothing store, offering a broad array of artisan-made and gently used items that range from jewelry to vinyl records.
“My ultimate fantasy was to have this resale clothing store but to also have a place where I could have local artisans,” owner Kim Cash said.
