Willimantic Police have just announced that a snow ban will be in place throughout the town of Windham starting at 11 p.m. tonight and ending Tuesday at 11 a.m. This is anticipation of the nor'easter that forecasters say will bring 6-12 inches of snow to Windham County towns.
